Established in 2015, Zhongwen (Shanghai) Law Office, located in Beijing, now boasts an office area of 3000 square meters and employs nearly one hundred lawyers and professionals. It has set up over ten specialized departments, including Criminal Law Committee, Corporate Law Practice Committee, Corporate Governance and Equity Professional Committee, Civil and Commercial Dispute Resolution Professional Committee, Execution and Non-Performing Assets Business Professional Committee, Labor and Personnel Professional Committee, Real Estate and Demolition Professional Committee, Marriage and Family Affairs Professional Committee, as well as the Blockchain and Digital Economy Legal Research Center.
